格里昂飯店管理大學的 BBA International Hospitality Business 國際飯店管理以應用實務和學術課程為主要特色，涵蓋五個學期的在校學習和兩個為期六個月的專業實習。

The business field trip is a genuine highlight of your Master’s studies. You will visit a European

With the support of the Program Director,you will have the opportunity to join your fellow
students in organizing an Innovation Fair.
Students decide the theme, format and audience, while also organizing the practical aspects
of the event. Planning the Innovation Fair presents an opportunity to apply classroom theory
through project management, fundraising, cashflow, marketing, sales and logistics, while also
plugging onto the Swiss start-up ecosystem.

This project will mobilize your in-class learning and allow you to discover what will be expected
f you as an industry professional. Your challenge is to screen and conduct the due diligence on a
selection of real- life hotel and real estate assets. You will then design asset-level strategies to
reach investors’ objectives, and structure the portfolio into a fund for which a prospectus must
be written. The project will culminate in a final presentation to an investment committee composed
of industry professionals.
